Jurijs graduated from Riga Stradins University in 2009, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare and a professional qualification as a physiotherapist. He is a certified TheraSuit therapist and has been studying at the School of Applied Kinesiology since 2015. He is a member of the Latvian Physiotherapists Association.

Jurijs Silčonoks has 7 years of experience working with patients of various profiles, including in neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, and sports rehabilitation. He works with patients who suffer from back pain, postural disorders, psychomotor delay, require post-traumatic rehabilitation, and can also provide recommendations regarding sports.
