Ilze Bergholde-Dambe

Ilze graduated with a Master's degree from the Latvian Academy of Sport Education in 2008. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in the Medical Department with a specialization in physiotherapy from the same institution in 2006. She is a certified TheraSuit therapist and has mastered kinesiology taping. Ilze is a member of the Latvian Physiotherapists Association.

Ilze Bergholde-Dambe has 10 years of experience working with patients of various profiles (including in neurology and orthopedics) and significant experience in pediatrics, including exercises for improving posture, evaluating flat feet, respiratory system improvement exercises, and addressing motor and physical development disorders.

She has strong skills in working with infants, children, and adolescents. Ilze regularly attends qualification enhancement courses and seminars.
