Sintija Laura
Sintija graduated from the Paula Stradiņa Medical College at the University of Latvia and obtained professional higher education in the program 'Therapeutic Massage.' Additionally, she completed a state-accredited professional development program at the Riga International Training Center, specializing as a body care specialist, learning various types of massage techniques.
As a massage therapist, Sintija has worked for 3 years in the spa industry and for 4 years in the rehabilitation field. She has experience working with patients across various age groups, from infants to adults. Currently, she gains professional experience at the Rehabilitation Center POGA, providing massage therapy for adults who are raising children with severe functional disorders, helping to improve their functional status, health-related quality of life, and overall well-being through massage therapy.
In addition to her work at POGA, Sintija also works in the social care sector as a massage therapist. She is part of the multidisciplinary specialist team at the State Social Care Center 'Rīga,' at the 'Teika' branch, working with children diagnosed with severe intellectual and functional disorders.
Sintija truly enjoys helping people, listening to them, and providing the necessary support.
