Medical care for children
Sensor room
The sensor room is designed to stimulate one of the human senses or to relax the patient. Therapy application in a multi-sensory environment under the supervision of a therapist can help children with disabilities or cognitive impairments to develop motor skills, diversify sensory experiences, improve communication and autoregulation skills, and promote learning through play. Sensory room therapy is used in patients with cerebral palsy and other similar neurological disorders, hyperactive or, on the contrary, children with retarded perception and reaction, in patients after stroke, in children with various genetic disorders.
The therapeutic room is used during audiology, occupational therapy, or physiotherapy sessions.
